Which Japanese company(bitFlyer,CoinCheck,ZAIF) is the best when you use API?
Last year, I made a BTC arbitrage system among bitFlyer, coincheck and ZAIF by myself. and I’m still using it. Probably, it’s more popular to arbitrage among bittrex, poloniex, and the other major companies.
So, I’d like to talk about what it’s like.
To be honest, I can’t say which of the Japanese companies is good. Their API servers are too week.
The worst is ZAIF. ZAIF’s server is often down and its volume is so small. However, when you trade spots, the commission is free so you can arbitrage by small gaps. (FX trading needs commission)
I prefer CoinCheck when I trade spots and FX because the commission is free and the server is somewhat strong compared to ZAIF.
bitFlyer… it claims the volume is the best in Japan but sometimes CoinCheck is bigger I think. The server is pretty good and there are some API methods to get the stats of server, which you should use. However, the last 2 months of 2017, they had a lot of server-down.
To be worse, its API has serious bug.
You will encounter the bug when you
1:trade leverage trading
2:trade Market order
On condition of that, sometimes you can’t receive your position data even if your order was successfully replaced.
It’s so serious, so I asked the support team if it is really bug…
They accept the bug but it’s not still fixed. :X
If spot trading
When it comes to spot, CoinCheck or ZAIF is better because the commission is free. (CoinCheck is better)
When you trade FX, CoinCheck or bitFlyer is better. (bitFlyer’s FX BTC rate is crazy so you have to be careful.)
With my arbitrage trading system, you can do both of the trading types. If you’re interested, contact info_at_fxantenna.com. It works among bitFlyer, coincheck and ZAIF.
These days, I made an automated bitcoin arbitrage
As you may know, bitFlyer is one of the most popul
